As the Product Manager for Collection Online, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and managing a digital platform that brings the Royal Collection to a global audience. From overseeing the product roadmap to ensuring an exceptional user experience, you’ll deliver excellence in an environment that values creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery of the Collection Online (COL) digital platform, managing priorities, budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate with web agencies and stakeholders to design, develop, and test user-focused, accessible, and sustainable solutions.
• Conduct usability and accessibility testing, ensuring the platform meets agreed goals, standards, and KPIs at launch and beyond.
• Optimise platform performance through data-driven decisions, integrating SEO best practices and analytics tools.
• Oversee content delivery platforms and integrations while managing stakeholder communications to align with organisational objectives. |

Required Skills / Qualifications |
|
Essential Criteria:
• Proven product management experience, including handling complex digital projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to analyse and translate insights from user testing, stakeholder requests and analytics into actionable priorities for web agency.
• Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies, including conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and manage diverse stakeholders. |
